NCO's

Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) is the term used to describe cadets in the squadron who are in leadership or instructional positions.  An NCO has the authority to command others, teach classes, be a team commander and may have many other responsibilities. The actions and attitude of an NCO are very important, and so the chain of command keeps checks to ensure each NCO is supervised and responsible to a superior cadet or officer.
